Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, let us know within that period by contacting us with your order number.

Sending items back

Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. Items should be unused, in their original packaging where possible, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Refunds

We'll refund your payment, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or evidence that you've sent them back — whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with a photo where you can — we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
